S3 Ep 3: Childhood

 "Childhood should be enjoyed not rushed"

I don't know if childhood is something that can cause a lot of stress in your life. Did you know that it is scientifically proven that people between the age of 38 and 18 take the most stress in their lives, or that's what I read (long pause)...sorry. Today's article isn't about how to enjoy childhood, but rather how I had my childhood. This topic came into my mind today because I always found it hard to connect with children of my age. Part of the reason is I don't understand why they are not into books. Please tell me in the comment what are these animes people watch nowadays. I learned that social media is a common platform where we can find people like us if we share our hobbies. The friends I found who was nearest to my age, were 15-year-old children and my teachers. I found out that most of the time our maturity level, or mental age is different from our physical age, so I took one test for it. Turns out my mental age is 45, sophisticated type. Life is sad. I also reminisced about times when even my family and friends said, "You know, you're a real mature guy for your age". I started racking my brain, thinking about why I am more mature than others, and then I found the reason. For the first 6 years of my life, when children would be influenced by the world of cartoons and comics, I was stuck in 4 walled small house in one of the most crowded places in India (Delhi). My dad and my uncle would take me to parks and museums, I never played with children. I picked up some 3rd grade English books as a 1st graders from my cousins in free time, never watched TV. Games never really gave me any interest. I guess since I don't have such habits, I am more mature than my age. And guys, that was my childhood.

  Hello.... just, hello. What I want to say is inexpressible in words, I guess. DISAPPOINTMENT.... is the word I want to say, as long as we are here, let's just say the word, BROKEN PROMISES.
